Overdose?
As the medicine is composed of various active ingredients, a variety of overdose symptoms may occur, including nausea, vomiting, and drowsiness. On the second day, progressive liver damage may occur, and on the third day, hepatic coma may occur. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor immediately. Forgotten to take a dose? Continue taking the medicine as normal at the next prescribed time (i.e., do not take a double dose). How do the ingredients of the medicine work?

The combination of different active ingredients achieves several effects: Paracetamol relieves aching limbs and reduces fever. Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) supports the body's own defenses. Contraindications

- Caution: Your ability to react may be impaired even when used as directed. If several painkillers are combined, or if a painkiller contains several active ingredients, the risk increases. - Caution: Regular or heavy alcohol consumption can lead to life-threatening conditions due to pre-existing liver damage if the medicine is also used. - Long-term use of painkillers can cause headaches that are caused by the painkiller itself. - Die gewohnheitsmäßige Anwendung von Schmerzmitteln kann zu einer dauerhaften Nierenschädigung führen. Werden mehrere Schmerzmittel kombiniert, oder sind in einem Schmerzmittel mehrere Wirkstoffe enthalten, erhöht sich das Risiko dafür.
- Achtung: Bei regelmäßigem bzw. hohem Alkoholgenuss kann es durch eine evtl. schon bestehende Leberschädigung zu lebensbedrohlichen Zuständen kommen, wenn das Arzneimittel noch zusätzlich angewendet wird.
- Bei dauerhafter Anwendung von Schmerzmitteln können Kopfschmerzen auftreten, die durch das Schmerzmittel erzeugt werden. Sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt, um zu verhindern, dass Ihre Kopfschmerzen chronisch werden.
- Vorsicht bei Allergie gegen Schmerzmittel!
- Vorsicht bei Allergie gegen Ascorbinsäure (Vitamin C)!
- Vorsicht bei Allergie gegen Farbstoffe (z.B. Chinolingelb mit der E-Nummer E 104)!
- Vorsicht bei einer Unverträglichkeit gegenüber Lactose. Wenn Sie eine Diabetes-Diät einhalten müssen, sollten Sie den Zuckergehalt berücksichtigen.
- Es kann Arzneimittel geben, mit denen Wechselwirkungen auftreten. Sie sollten deswegen generell vor der Behandlung mit einem neuen Arzneimittel jedes andere, das Sie bereits anwenden, dem Arzt oder Apotheker angeben. Das gilt auch für Arzneimittel, die Sie selbst kaufen, nur gelegentlich anwenden oder deren Anwendung schon einige Zeit zurückliegt.
